Your order summary shows exactly what is included: the product, service mode, AI token allocation, human time estimate, delivery timeline, and total price. Review Terms of Service and Refund Policy before confirming.
Pay securely via the checkout. We accept credit/debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment.
We may request briefing materials from you: a description of your business or project, existing brand assets, key messages, or specific goals. For Co-Pilot and Full Service orders, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to gather what we need.
Our team combines powerful AI tools — language models, image generators, code assistants, automation builders — with human judgement, taste, and quality control. Depending on your mode, you participate directly (Co-Pilot) or we work independently and keep you informed (Full Service).
Your completed work is delivered digitally — as documents, files, links, or in a live working session, depending on the product. You receive everything by email or via your BotRiders account. Delivery is confirmed when we send the final output.
Co-Pilot and Full Service orders include one round of revisions within 7 days of delivery — for changes within the original scope. If the output does not match the service description, contact us and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy.

We work alongside you. AI does the heavy lifting; we provide guidance, structure, and quality control; you stay involved and learn. Best for most customers who want real involvement but expert support.
You provide a brief and approve the output. We research, create, review, and deliver everything. You stay in control without doing the execution work. Best if your time is the constraint.
Each product page and the pricing calculator lists what is included — the specific output, how it is delivered, and the human time allocated. You always receive a digital deliverable: a document, file set, configured system, or session recording, depending on the product.
No. Most of our services are designed for people who do not have a technical background. Our Co-Pilot and Full Service modes are built so that you can participate meaningfully regardless of your skill level.
Both, in most cases. BotRiders uses AI tools to produce fast, structured outputs, and human team members to review, refine, and quality-check the work. The ratio of AI to human effort is shown on each product (AI tokens and human minutes). DIY mode is mostly AI; Full Service mode is mostly human-reviewed AI.
AI models are powerful but not infallible. They can produce errors, outdated information, or unexpected results. Our human review layer catches most issues, but you should always review deliverables before acting on them — especially for regulated purposes like medical, legal, or financial decisions.
Once you have paid in full, the deliverables created specifically for your order are yours to use. Please see our Terms of Service for full intellectual property details, including notes on the evolving legal status of AI-generated content.

DIY mode deliverables are typically sent within 1–3 business days. Co-Pilot sessions are scheduled within 2–5 business days. Full Service orders depend on scope — generally 3–10 business days. Specific timelines are stated for each product. If there will be a delay, we will let you know.
